As always, our update contains some new features for you. Among them: grouping options in the Kanban view of tasks, a practical export function in the analytics module, the revision of the idea detail view and the choice of the first day of the week in the calendar. Plus, you can now find all assets - even those directly published via Facebook & Co. - in the Digital Asset Management.

Grouping tasks in the Kanban view

With our new update there is an enhancement in the Kanban view of tasks: These can be grouped here - you already know this function from the Kanban view of contents.

The grouping options include status, assignement and priority. Thus, you get an optimal overview of your own and your team's tasks.

Further information and CSV export for content list in the analytics module

Within the performance dashboard in our analytics module, you can now get more information about your content in the content widget. The entire list can also be downloaded as a CSV file.

This way you have the possibility to use the shown metrics as you like - even outside of dirico. For example, add them to your own reports or create your own charts with the available data.

Revision of the idea detail view

Our idea detail view got a new look since the update - and convinces with more focus on and space for the editor, a better structure in the fields and the connection to our Digital Asset Management. We have also revised the descriptions once again. This way you know exactly which information is intended in which field.

First day of the week can be selected in the calendar

From now on you can choose the start day in the calendar yourself. This can be selected individually for each user in the user settings. This gives you the possibility to customize the calendar to your needs.

Especially for international collaborations this option improves the usage. Until now, the calendar view started on Sunday for all users who had set their language to English. These users now have the option to enter Monday as the start day. This eliminates visual differences between users of a team with different language settings.

Synchronization of assets in posts published directly via Facebook, LinkedIn & Co.

A new, predefined folder is now available in Digital Asset Management. In this folder you will find the assets of posts that you have published directly on your social media platforms. This applies to all channels for which synchronization is also possible in the calendar.

For example, if you post a video via Facebook, not only the post in your editorial calendar, but also the asset it contains will now be synchronized with the corresponding folder in Digital Asset Management.

Renaming of the field "Persona" to "Target group

With our update we have changed the wording of personas, which you will encounter in many places in dirico.

You will find the renaming of the field "Persona" into "Target group" in all measures where you can enter target groups as strategic background information.

A little tip: When updating, you may encounter problems with old files from time to time. If this is the case, it helps to empty the cache in the browser.

If you still have feedback or wishes, please let us know! You can simply send us a message via in-app chat or e-mail.
