As always, our latest update has some changes for you. Among them are the renaming of campaigns to topics, integration of GIFs for LinkedIn and advanced approvals for dialog tickets. All details can be found below.

Renaming of campaigns to topics

Our previous campaign module is now called "topics". In this module you can create longer lasting projects or temporarily limited focus topics. You can then assign the topics to a topic category from your communication and content marketing strategy.

Why did we make this change?

We have received feedback that the word "campaign" tempts you to think of the campaign module as a place where only social media campaigns are created and planned.

By renaming campaigns to topics, we want to help you see the module as a place where you can create all kinds of long-term projects (digital + analog) and focus topics.

GIFs for LinkedIn image posts

With LinkedIn image posts you now have the possibility to add animated GIFs to your content.

To do so, select the content type "Image Post", select a GIF from the Digital Asset Management (DAM) or upload a new GIF in the editor. If the GIF is too long to be displayed on LinkedIn, you will receive a notification and can select a new GIF.

Advanced approvals for Dialog Tickets

For dialog tickets we have implemented the advanced approval with this update. You already know this from the content area.

Similar to the content section, you can now add optional users to the approval process for dialog tickets, as well as define actions and rules.

You can create approval rules for dialog tickets under Team Administration > Advanced > Approval Rules.

Request approvals from groups

In addition, there is another change with regard to the approvals:

When requesting an approval, you can now not only select individual users, but also directly select an entire user group.

This change applies to content approvals as well as to those for dialog tickets.

Inline editing of the description field

We have added another inline editing field to the table view of content: the description field.

While you previously had to open the content to change the corresponding text, you now have the option to do this directly from the table view.

This saves you unnecessary clicks in case of a textual change.

A little tip: When updating, you may encounter problems with old files from time to time. If this is the case, it helps to empty the cache in the browser.

If you still have feedback or wishes, please let us know! You can simply send us a message via in-app chat or e-mail.
