With our latest update, you can expect the following new features in dirico: Predefined grouping paths in the table view of content, a clearer visualization when grouping, notifications for soon due tasks, analysis metrics for Pinterest content and the integration of Pinterest into our dialog module. Find all details of the new features below.

Grouping templates in the table view of contents

When grouping content in the table view, we now provide a preselection of grouping templates with multiple levels for you to choose from. This saves you the time to set up your path.

At the same time, this simplifies topic planning, since you can switch even more quickly between e.g. the predefined topic view (Topic Category > Topic > Story) and another view.

Increased clarity when using the grouping function

When grouping actions, objects, etc., you will now find an even clearer structure. While previously all grouping levels were listed in the title, from now on you will only see the title of the level whose actions are visible when you expand it.

In addition, you can now make cross-module adjustments via inline editing while using the grouping function (e.g. edit a topic even though you are using the Group function in the Content module).

Notification for tasks shortly before their due date

To further improve task management in dirico, this update ensures that you will be notified about tasks that are close to their due date and have not yet been marked as completed. This way no deadline will be missed.

To receive the corresponding notification, open the user settings (by clicking on your profile picture in the drop-down menu that opens). In the "Notifications" section, in the "Tasks" column at the bottom of the list, you will find the option to receive notifications for tasks that are due soon. Now simply select the channel(s) on which you want to be reminded of the due date.

Dialog connection for Pinterest accounts

With our update we were able to expand the community management for Pinterest accounts. From now on, all comments submitted under your pins will automatically be transferred to the dialog module of dirico. As with all other channels that are available for community management, you can reply to the received Pinterest comments. All known options such as assigning, setting a mood, tagging etc. are also available for Pinterest tickets.

To do this, however, you must first renew the Access Token of your Pinterest channel. To do this, open the Team Administration, select " Channels" below "Content Settings" and click on the Access Token icon next to your Pinterest account. Only after that, comments to your pins will appear in our Dialog module.

Please also note that comments are only received for pins that are not older than 30 days.

Incoming Pinterest data into the Analytics module

Another new feature related to Pinterest is the automatic import of performance data from published pins into dirico's analytics module.

To view the Pinterest data, click on the switcher in the upper left corner of the performance dashboard of the analytics module and select Pinterest from the drop-down menu.

It is absolutely normal that there is currently no data available here. It takes a few days until it is available in the Analytics module.

A little tip: When updating, you may encounter problems with old files from time to time. If this is the case, it helps to empty the cache in the browser.
