Information on track changes

The functions for tracking changes and creating comments for ideas and content can only be used after you have saved the corresponding measure. From now on, this will be indicated with the help of a note.

Extension of the range of functions in the monitoring module

If you hold a Talkwalker licence, you can now benefit from the function extension in the monitoring module. This gives you the possibility to export individual results from Talkwalker and import them into the monitoring module. For the best possible overview, you can assign the Talkwalker exports to groups.

All results can be worked with in dirico. Meaning: You may transform a result into an idea or a content. Thus, you can use the results as a basis for the creation of new content.

If there are tweets among the results, you can enjoy another function: the option to like and answer the tweet. Unfortunately, this option is not available for Facebook, LinkedIn & Co. because the interfaces do not allow this.

Additional possibilities in the table for groups (team administration)

We added some options within the table for groups. These are: a search function, a filter, a sorting option and options to adjust the table (width, sorting, visibility).

A little tip: When updating, you may encounter problems with old files from time to time. If this is the case, it helps to empty the cache in the browser.
