Included in our latest update: Microsoft 365 integration, share IGTV content in the feed, view events in the timeline view from the calendar, more results when using the global search, and tag events with an exact time.

Microsoft 365 integration
With our latest update, we enable you to connect your Microsoft license to dirico. This opens up a variety of new possibilities in our Digital Asset Management. Here you can access all your files stored in OneDrive, view Microsoft 365 documents such as Word files or PowerPoint presentations and import them into dirico's original DAM, provided you want to make use of the integration. After a successful import, you can attach the files to measures in dirico or add them to posts as usual. Learn more about how it works and the pricing model here.
New feature for IGTV content: post in feed
IGTV content now includes a switcher that allows you to optionally post the video to your feed as well when it is published.
Visibility of events in the timeline view in the calendar
Previously, it was not possible to also view the stored events in the timeline view. We have fixed this with our latest update. Behind the three-dot menu in the upper right corner, you will now find both an option to display events and an option to group the displayed events by their event category.
Enhancement of global search results
The search results of the global search include even more different results with our latest update: assets and their meta-data, tasks, and events.
Adding times to events
Events can now be tagged not only with a date, but also with an exact time. Thus, the Event module is also suitable for your personal meeting planning.
Access strategic background information during content creation
From now on, you can view parts of your strategy from within each detail view. For example, if you add a topic category in the strategy area of a content, you can click on the selected category to take a look at the category details and make changes if necessary.
When you do this, the topic category details page opens as a popup on top of your content, so that once the information has been reviewed or changed, you can get back to the content without any detours.
In this way, you can gain insight not only into topic categories, but also into topics and events during content creation.
Text submission during creation of events, theme categories, target groups, topics and tags from the strategy area of measures
During the creation of measures in dirico we have made some improvements in the strategy area. If you for example search for an event in the fields by entering text and only notice afterwards that this event has not yet been created, you can create the event directly from the measure. In doing so, the search term you have already entered will be taken over as the event title. This behavior also works for topic categories, target groups, topics and tags.
Warning when removing/deleting channels
When removing or deleting linked channels, the associated analytics data and previously published content in dirico will get lost. To remind you of this, we have added a warning message with the two options.
A little tip: When updating, you may encounter problems with old files from time to time. If this is the case, it helps to empty the cache in the browser.
