Our developers have just finished the final changes to our latest integration: Canva. We are convinced that the connection of Canva to dirico will make work even easier for many dirico users. That's why we decided to release it irregularly.
Also, have a look at your user settings, the CK editor and the Analytics module; a lot has changed in here as well.
With our latest update, we are connecting a tool to dirico that is already well established among many marketing teams for quick and easy graphic creation: Canva.
This allows you to not only add the appropriate assets to your communication measures, but also to easily create them from within dirico if they don't yet exist. You will find the Canva button, after you have ordered the integration, in the following places in dirico:
In the blue bar via the global plus button.
In the asset section of tasks, ideas, topics, content and events.
In the WYSIWYG editor for post types that allow the use of assets, i.e. image posts, album post, etc.
In the tile view of the Digital Asset Management via the gray box.
In all views of the Digital Asset Management and in the Asset Modal via the three-dot menu (only for assets created in dirico with Canva).
Detailed instructions for each step can be found here.
Note: The integration of Canva is a paid extension. In order to use the integration you can even use a free Canva account. Feel free to contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to get to know more about the integration.
Update of the personal settings
Furthermore, we have fundamentally revised the structure of the "Personal settings" section (Profile picture > Personal settings).
While previously all options were available within one view, you will now find a menu consisting of individual tabs with the respective categories. This allows you to find your way around your personal settings in a better, more organized way.
Word export for the CK editor
From now on, you can export content you have created in the CK Editor as Word documents.
This applies to all post types, the briefing field of the strategy section of content, the story briefing, the topic briefing, the task editor, and the idea editor.
To export from the corresponding content, click the document icon.
Note: On request, Word documents can be generated in your own design. It is even possible to choose between several templates for different occasions or content types. If you would like a custom design, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
New filter options in the Analytics module (Performance and Content areas)
In order to give you the possibility to evaluate your content even better with regard to its strategic information, all fields of the Content module have been transferred to the Analytics module as filters.
In the Performance or Content area, simply open the filter and select the desired content-related information that you want to include in the evaluation.
A little tip: When updating, you may encounter problems with old files from time to time. If this is the case, it helps to empty the cache in the browser.
If you still have feedback or wishes, please let us know! You can simply send us a message via in-app chat or e-mail.
